This project was very fun for our design team to develop Architectural drawings. When a client asks "How can I transform a 100,000 square foot warehouse to an updated, Class A office yet still maintain a level of sophisticated charm, shared work spaces, and a hint of high-end automobile features..." This is what you can come up with.
